Pay-As-You-Go IT Support
Pay-as-you-go IT support is ideal for organisations with small IT support requirements or those not in a position to commit to a long term contract.
In this situation you naturally do not feel comfortable about committing to a fixed-cost annual contract. Smart IT are happy to provide our expertise on an informal basis, charged at an hourly rate.
Pay-as-you-go IT support is designed for:
- Organisations that have some IT skill in-house and only need occasional help
- One off jobs, like cleaning up after a virus/hacker attack or network maintenance visits
- Very small companies with newer, more stable IT systems
- Organisations where IT is important but not critical to the business
Priority is given to contract clients so availability cannot be guaranteed with ‘Pay-As-You-Go’ support.
Our standard non-contract rates for support services are £70 per hour during normal office hours. Onsite support is billed by the hour, remote support is billed by the half hour.
There is no call-out charge within 30 miles from our office
Block Buy IT Support
The block buy service allows non-contract customer to purchase IT support hours in blocks of 10 or more at a reduced rate. The block of hours purchased is paid for up-front, as hours are used they are deduced from the allocation.
Block Buy customers are given priority over ‘pay-as-you-go’ customers and also benefit from a reduced rate of £60 per hour during normal office hours.
