It’s taken about a month to develop but we’ve finally launched our brand new website, complete with pretty pictures and a Blog, which we promise to keep updating with new posts (I’ve seen so many websites with a blog that has one post – ‘welcome to our new website”, posted about 3 years ago).
We’ve got a few things left to finish, such as integrating our Facebook and Twitter accounts with our blog, and possibly a newsletter. We’re also updating our testimonials page with all the great testimonials our customers have given us since we last did our website. We’ve also got a ‘Customer Feedback’ widget at the bottom of the page to show short testimonials (or feedback) from our customers.
Although we started many years ago just offering IT Support (that’s why we called ourselves Smart IT Support), our company has grown to offer a whole range of IT services, as well as Power & Data, communications, software development and website design services.
We’ve had a lot of feedback from customers saying they’d love to use Smart IT for all their services, but weren’t fully aware of all Smart IT has to offer. So we have tried to categorise our services better in our new website, these being:
- IT Services – anything IT such as hardware sales and IT support
- Communications – including the installation of new telephone systems, supplying the lines and calls, and also internet services such as ADSL, leased lines and fixed lines.
- Power and Data – we can now offer a full range of network and electrical work. Anything from installing a new plug socket to rewiring your premise with new electrics and data cabling.
- Design and Development – our clever designers that built this website are available to build your website too. We have experienced in-house graphic designers and software programmers at your disposal.
